An applicant for a first type rating on a single-pilot multi-engine aeroplane shall have completed at least 70 hours as pilot-in-command of aeroplanes.
An applicant for a single-pilot multi-engine class rating shall have completed not less than 7 hours theoretical knowledge instruction in multi-engine aeroplane operation.
An applicant for a single-pilot multi-engine class/type rating shall have completed not less than 2 h 30 min dual flight training under normal conditions of multi-engine aeroplane operation and not less than 3 h 30 min dual flight training in engine failure procedures and asymmetric flight techniques.
